Bedding Plants

These plants will brighten up any garden and provide a superb splash of colour during the changing seasons. You can have colourful bedding plants all year round so no basket, patio container or garden need to be dull again.

Bedding plants unlike other garden plants only flower for one season whether it is Spring/Summer or Autumn/Winter, but what a show these will make for a small amount of money, most plants are sold in 6 or 9 packs or larger plants in single 10.5 cm pots.
 
For example in Autumn, you can buy Primroses, Pansies, Violas and outdoor Cyclamen with some winter foliage plants that will give you colour through the winter till Spring.  Bulbs can also be bought from September to flower in the spring whether in containers, baskets or in the garden.  Many of these plants will flower into the spring making way for the next season of Summer bedding plants.

For Summer there are a lot more choices in plants from the traditional Geraniums, Fuchsias and Busy Lizzys to formal displays of Marigolds, Salvias, Lobelia and Allysum. Surfinias, Million Bells and many more basket and patio container plants. These are just afew from a vast selection.

99% of these plants are grown onsite and we are always trialing new varieties whether it be for a longer flowering period or a more compact plant we always try to keep abreast of new introductions.
